Recently ordered a three piece suit. Jacket and trousers matched my measurements perfectly but the waistcoat was hopelessly undersize ruining the effect of being three pieced. Return was handled effiiently and quickly credited.

I have bought from here for social functions in the past. The size and quality has always been good. This waistcoat is for a more formal occasion and after it arrived in two days I was very pleased with the colour quality and the fit. I am not usually good at buying off-the-peg but Dobell suits me down to the ground.

I ordered a new shirt and waistcoat for my husband and both items were delivered in 2 days!! I was VERY impressed.
My husband, who’s a larger guy, tried his new clothes on and they are a GREAT fit. The quality on both items is great for the price I paid so - happy hubby means happy wife!! Thanks Dobell.

It is very rare that everything exceeded my expectations but in this case it did.

I ordered next working day, but the order arrived only after 4 days. Two of the items were to big, and I emailed customer support about returning the items, but to this day have not heard back. (They don’t have a phone number)

Just go to another place and pay the the difference, it’s not worth the headache

You were able to change the size of a product to a larger version without question, and in a quick and professional manner.

The first waistcoat (XL) was massive so I ordered a smaller size (L) which is slightly too tight. The difference between the two sizes was vastly different. The material and pattern are lovely.

Original order arrived promptly and I was very pleased with the quality, value & service. However the jacket size I ordered was actually a little long (my issue, not Dobells). Jacket returned and replacement dispatched and received very quickly with absolutely no problems.

Do attempt to purchase any items of clothing from this company. You will be scammed,I tried to buy a velvet jacket from them. I sent them the money no jacket i tried to get either the jacket or my money back. No such look they denied even receiving any money from me. Even when I have it on my bank account records. Take my advice stay well clear of this company.

2 great suits. Off the rack fits perfectly due to their comprehensive size guide and availability. Great customer service. Even when I ordered replacements due to my error selecting the wrong size they were great. The order arrived in 2 days and replacements arrived 3 days after I posted my return.

Searched for blue herringbone mens jacket and the one on Dobell's website looked to be just what I was looking for and a reasonable and fair price. There was good range of sizes including extra long so placed order and it arrived very quickly a couple of days later with free postage. The jacket was absolutely as good as I wanted it to be with great quality authentic herringbone tweed and fits perfectly.

Measured myself, then ordered my size. It arrived; too small, not even close, so returned for a refund, which was “free” with a £2.99 admin fee. Sent it back, the refund was £10.98 short. So my “free” refund was not “free” at all. Still want an item, doubt I’ll be troubling them. No option for bigger sizes. Waiting for an answer about why!
